Community Resources
and Activities
We believe that physical health is also a part of mental health! We are big advocates of physical activity, as it can help children and adults learn emotional regulation, anger management, time management, grounding, mindfulness, social skills, relationship skills, and so much more! While not all activities listed are sports, they have physical elements and are still just as great. We encourage diversity and want everyone to have a hub they can connect to. Here is a list of community activities, groups or establishments that we recommend.
City of Ozark Parks and Rec provides many sports and recreational activities for the community.
